Cancellation policy:

If you can no longer make your appointment and need to cancel it, you will need to give a 48
hr notice prior to your appointment. When booking an appointment I do ask clients to pay a
10% non refundable deposit in order to confirm your appointment.

Payment methods:

The payment methods I accept are bank transfer, PayPal.

Can I bring someone with me to my session?

Although it would be fun to bring someone with you, I do suggest coming alone. Your
sessions with me are tailored to be a 1-1 appointment and dedicate my appointments to you,
in order for you to receive the best possible service and experience.

How much do I need to spend on a personal shopping session?

There isn’t a fixed amount my clients have to spend during our personal shopping session,
as I know each one of my clients will have a different budget whether it’s high or low. I am
comfortable working with various types of budget and I always ensure my clients have the
best possible service.

Do you Travel outside of London?

My services are covered within the London and Essex area. However, If you do live outside
of these areas I am happy to travel further. Please note that an additional fee will be added.

I only want to do personal shopping and no other services, is that possible?

Unfortunately I recommend to all my clients to use all my services that I offer. My goal as
your personal stylist is to allow you onto a style journey, as you navigate through your new
journey the outcome is to enable you into becoming a stylish and confident woman, through
my knowledge and expertise that I’ll offer during each session.
